  10     METIS can be freely distributed provided that:

  15     METIS can be freely distributed provided that:
  16         * Proper references are included.
  17         * The original documentation and copyright notice is included.
  18         * METIS is a relatively small portion of the overall application.

  20 In either case, permission to distribute/include METIS with your application must be obtained by sending email to metis@cs.umn.edu.
