doc: enable reference manual generation in PDF
There were some problems that prevented the PDF generation: some
<informalexample> had "shell" as language attribute instead of "sh" and
there were a couple of typo in the docblock (specifically ลง instead of
t) that generated an error in gtkdoc-mkpdf (more precisely in dblatex).
