[AdgMatrix] Swap before and after transformations
The ADG_TRANSFORM_BEFORE and ADG_TRANSFORM_AFTER (and friends)
operations are swapped: updated the code to the right behavior.
This has broken practically everything... a code refactoring is in
progress.
