[build] Including gtk-doc.m4 under git
I am using a bleeding edge version of gtk-doc, still not widely used.
This means ./autogen.sh does not work on most system.
Including a too recent gtk-doc.m4 under git will probably break the docs
generation on system with older gtk-doc package but it will also allow
to run ./autogen.sh and build without generating the documentation.
