[AdgPath] Added adg_path_get_segment()
Convenient API to get a segment (in CPML format) from an AdgPath. It
is equivalent to get the CPML path throught adg_path_get_cpml_path()
and iterating on the returned path using cpml_segment_from_cairo() and
cpml_segment_next().
