acer_acpi - Add detection for bluetooth and maximum brightness
This adds detection for bluetooth on AMW0 V2 and WMID laptops, via a WMI
method. We can also detect whether we need to lower the maximum brightness
from 0x9 to 0xF.
At the moment, wireless and 3G are both unconditionally enabled. Until
someone with an Acer 3G equipped laptop can reports back, we don't know
how to detect it yet.
