acer_acpi: Add 'devices' file for gathering available device information
This file is for reading out the contents of a data block in WMID and
AMW0 v2 laptops. It's too late to add this to 0.10 as a working feature,
and it's still a bit of an unknown. So for now, export the data to a sysfs
file, and get people to report back their hardware, and the value from
this file.
