TourGuide
* Quests can now be flagged as optional using "|O|"
* "Use" params can be defined for an objective. If set a frame will appear the player can click on to use the item. Handy for quest-starting items and for the mass of "Use item x on mob y, then kill it" quests found in Blade's Edge/Netherstorm. Syntax is "|U|itemid|"
* Item objective was removed in favor of "A Quest Name |U|itemid| |O|"
* Started Ghostlands file
