TourGuide
- Added "Loot" conditional to NOTE objectives. Takes itemid and optional qty "|L|12345x3|"... only works on NOTE types for now. Also "|O|" tag can be used with this to only show the objective if the player has the item. Will auto-complete the objective when the player gets the qty required
- Added Ally Badlands (40-41)
