Merge branch 'feature-opendyslexic' into dev
An experimental feature wherein the OpenDyslexic Mono font can be used
instead of DejaVu Sans Mono for users who have difficulty reading with
the default font has been implemented.
Configuration variables and instructions for compiling with this font
active have been included.
