s3:Makefile: add some explicit dependencies to libc
Add libc as explicit dependency where we use "-z defs" linker flags. This is
to silence the Sun linker. Otherwise it whines:
malloc ... (symbol belongs to implicit dependency /lib/libc.so.1)
