selftest: Disable RTLD_DEEPBIND if running with ASAN
Disable the RTLD_DEEPBIND option for dlopen in LDB and Socket Wrapper when
running with AddressSanitizer. The RTLD_DEEPBIND option is not compatible
with Address Sanitizer see
