torture/rpc/lsa: allow testing different lookup levels
Convert torture/rpc/lsa LookupNames/LookupSids code to allow testing
different LSA_LOOKUP_NAMES_* levels. Keep existing level 1
(LSA_LOOKUP_NAMES_ALL) for the current set of tests.
