Improved check_ctdb
- increase verbosity with "-v"
- concat error messages (if there are several)
- handle 255 return code as warning (as it is the return code when any of the node is missing)
- read /etc/ctdb/nodes remotely (ctdb_check can be run on a non-ctdb host)
