s4-rpc: dnsserver: Ignore DNS zones that are not used by RPC dnsserver
..TrustAnchors zone is not interpreted by RPC dnsserver code.

The last 2 patches address bug #9265 - Bind dlz fails to start if there is a
trustedanchors zone.
..TrustAnchors zone is not interpreted by RPC dnsserver code.
