Virtual fonts should really work now (tm) - apart from some rounding
differences (which one should look at carefully again), the dvicopy result and
the PyX native result match. In the course of implementing the virtual font
scaling, I cleaned up the scaling in dvifile. Furthermore, everything is better
documented now.
