Updated Input Manager

As most of you know, the ODB Input Manager had a pretty serious bug that
lead to all sorts of apps crashing on startup.  Scott patched this
problem so I have uploaded a new snapshot with a patched input manager.
I strongly advise you go to

http://code.google.com/p/macvim/

and download the new snapshot so that you can then install the new input
manager.

There are only very few changes otherwise (mostly by Nico Weber):

- The mouse cursor is now set properly and the insert mode cursor has
  higher contrast when bg=dark

- The layout of the Integration prefs pane has been updated

I want to update the Appcast a.s.a.p. so please try this snapshot now
and let me know how it works.
