Prominent notice in English.lproj/MainMenu.nib.
I don't see any way in Interface Builder 2.5.4 (446.1) to write comments
for the individual files classes.nib, info.nib, and keyedobjects.nib.
If I add the notice as an extra property in classes.nib, as an XML comment
in info.nib, or as a separate file, then Interface Builder deletes it
whenever it saves MainMenu.nib. So I think an extra property in info.nib
will have to do.
