Drop CacheConfiguration in favor of officecfg
Also the key path was wrong in SlsCacheConfiguration.cxx:
MultiPaneGUI/SlideSorter/PreviewCache
but in Impress.xcs we have
MultiPaneGUI/SlideSorterBar/PreviewCache
hierarchy so this may actually now start to work :)
