Ports of r41959 and r42202:
Fixed headphone output and speaker muting for ALC268 and possibly
ALC269.
Enhanced QUERY code:
- Look for headphone port, even if speaker is not found.
- Enable headphone power amp.
- Get output amp capabilities from function group if DAC does not have
them.
- Allow speaker connection type to be 'Other Analog' as an alternative
to 'ATAPI internal'.
