- Enhanced query code so that it discovers and configures elements of the
recording path.
- Do not guess NIDs in query code.
- Disabled code that assumes monitor mixer has NID 0xB.
- Set mixer indices for STAC9205.
- Use 0 instead of -1 and 255 for "null" NIDs.
- Removed an unused extern declaration.
