Revert "ABI v1: vfork() entry code moved to shared library. Both CPU-dependent parts (vfork() and vfork_longjmp() should be on one side, otherwise any changes in them break binary compatibility"
This reverts commit 42023
i386/x86_64 was broken by this patch; after discussion with Pavel patch is reverted until one of us has time to properly implement it.
