Reworked the rule_copy_multi, rule_ref_multi, rule_compile_multi to avoid
the use of $(eval ...).
For rule_copy_multi now always files in subdirectories will be copied in
subdirectories of targetdir.
For rule_ref_multi and rule_copy_multi the vpath directive was reintroduced
to always find the files in subdirectories.
