arch/m68k-amiga: AROSBootstrap on AROS preliminary support
Add a command line option to allow AROSBootstrap to try to load
AROS on top of AROS. Will be useful for m68k systems with
physical AROS ROMs. Still bugged in AROS itself, but this will
allow testing in the meantime.
