rather a complex commit. trying to forge together an universal vapor.h header basing it on different versions found with different applications ported from morphos. closest to deadwoods recent one as found on github.com/deadwood-pl/OdysseyWebBrowser. added 68k support. other than that hopefully corrected some variable formats and similar details in the source, most notably APTR->BPTR where appropriate (i hope). screenrecorder tested to compile and work on x86/68k both with gcc4.6.4/6.3.0. remaining issue is that avi file generated with the 68k version is not readable. frame width seems bogus (reported by ffplay), probably an endian issue. please review my noob changes in case ive messed something up!
