	Better handling of system button painting. Maximized windows can
 	contain scroll bars. Icons now maximize properly.

	Improved greying of items in system menu. WM_INITMEMUPOPUP no
 	longer caught in DefWndProc, DEFWND_InitSysMenuPopup moved to
 	menu.c.
