* wesnoth-mode.el (wesnoth-mode-version): Updated to 1.3.0.
(wesnoth-mode-map, wesnoth-element-completion): Updated docstring.
(wesnoth-indent-or-complete, wesnoth-complete-tag): Now tags optional
argument `elements' to indictate the number of elements to wrap around.
Updated docstring.
(wesnoth-insert-tag): Do not try to wrap around a closing tag; behave as if
no elements were specified.
(wesnoth-nth-pair-position, wesnoth-search-for-matching-tag): Fixed a few
bugs; now much more flexible and accurate.
(wesnoth-jump-to-matching): Updated to handle the new behaviour of
`wesnoth-search-for-matching-tag'.
