Add support for alternate completion functions.  Ido now supported.

* wesnoth-mode.el (wesnoth-use-alternate-completion): New customisable
  variable.
  (wesnoth-completion-method): New macro.
  (wesnoth-element-completion, wesnoth-insert-tag): Use it.
