vim_extended: the feature branches are now based on vim-with-runtime
Since the official Mercurial repository includes the latest runtime
files, it makes sense to base features on this state.
This also makes the branches 'vim', 'vim-runtime' and 'vim-messages'
unnecessary in vim_extended.git, they are still available in
vim_mainline.git and can be extracted from 'vim-with-runtime' if needed,
anyway.
