Rework virtual wireless configuration page
This commit fixes several issues:
- Couldn't delete an entry once it had been created
- Any changes made to an existing entry would never survive a reboot (nvram commit wasn't run after clicking on save)
- Twice as fast to save and reconfigure (20s vs 10s using new wireless restart service)
