db: make some varchar decalarations smaller

In the kernel 90 characters long enough for the filename but I've put it
at 128.

C variable names shouldn't be longer than 63 characters.  There is one
function in the kernel which is 68 characters.

This doesn't actually make the db smaller...  Odd.
