access: added Unspecify "Access groups"' menu option
to unassign previously specified access level to
access groups.
Note: SIPE *does* automatically assign the following group
access levels if they are not explicitly specified:
sameEnterprise - Company (200)
federated - Public (100)
So if you unspecify access to those, it'll be reassigned
text start.
Otherwise you will appear OFFLINE to your contacts.
