buddy search: when ms-dlx query fails, retry using Active Directory
This fallback can help in situations when both methods are available,
for example in our corporate network ms-dlx server exists but always
replies with 500 Internal Server Error, making contact search in SIPE
unusable.
Our company still uses OC 2007.
