core cleanup: start cleanup up status handling
Internalized most of sip->status references to sipe.c to make it easier
to replace it.
Dropped unused status_id field from sipe_activity_map[].
Simplified OCS2005/2007 status ID/availability/activity conversion
functions. Replaced raw number values with named constants.
