purple: restore copying of username when login is empty
This backend doesn't support controlling of Login & Password UI with the
SSO flag. It is therefore not obvious to the user that he has to enter a
Login when SSO is not selected.
Restore the previous behaviour that username is copied to Login when
Login is empty.
