raindrops v0.3.0 - LGPL v2.1 and v3.0

Raindrops is now licensed under the LGPLv2.1 or LGPLv3 (from
LGPLv3-only) to allow bundling in GPLv2-only applications.

There are small documentation updates and updated examples
at http://raindrops.bogomips.org/examples/
