Revert "Don't copy multiboot.bin into pc-bios after built"
This reverts commit 24d904eab3e806dc4d1ccdabbc3b4dcb64ddf497.
This ensures:
a) extboot.bin is copied to pc-bios and installed
b) the built mutliboot.bin overwrites the multiboot.bin
shipped in the tarball
