Fix for odd Adminsitration-=>globals bug
-In firefox, after clicking Save in Administration->
globals it was not updating the form, although it
was updated in the database.
-For some reason in firefox doing location.href
was not refreshing the page when the same.
-Work around was to add a dummy get variable unique,
which then forces the page to update in firefox.
