Install the gvim portion of vim73
Now that our /src/vim/release.sh script compiles & installs gvim, let's
have it in msysGit.
This commit was actually performed by that script, but then reduced by the
unnecessary changes (e.g. DOS line endings, and we do not need a
recompiled vim.exe which only differs in some metadata such as
timestamps).
