vimrc: reinstate that super-useful highlighting of trailing whitespace
Somehow it was lost, probably due to manual hacks in the vim files which
we undid by upgrading to a newer vim. That should not be a problem any
longer, because this changes the vimrc which is not overwritten by
upgrades (hopefully).
