Update 7-Zip to version 4.65, as previous versions may be insecure

Tools like Secunia PSI report security threats for older versions of 7-Zip. In
the same run, use the dedicated command line program instead of the GUI
program. This version is also able to handle .lzma archives, use it like

    7za x -so <filename>.tar.lzma | tar x
