tests: reenable excluded gnulib test; run gnulib-tests first
* bootstrap.conf: Don't disable malloca-test. It has been fixed
so it is no longer so slow.
* Makefile.am (SUBDIRS): Run gnulib-tests before ours,
so the results of ours aren't displaced as gnulib's scroll by.
