* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/Makefile [subdir=time] (sysdep_routines):
Add ntp_adjtime and ntp_gettime.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/Versions [GLIBC_2.1]: Add ntp_adjtime and
ntp_gettime.
