* dlfcn/tst-dlinfo.c: New file.
* dlfcn/Makefile (tests): Add tst-dlinfo.
($(objpfx)tst-dlinfo): New target.
* dlfcn/dlinfo.c: New file.

* dlfcn/Versions (libdl: GLIBC_2.3.3): Add dlinfo.
