Merge branch 'tz/credential-authinfo' into next
A new read-only credential helper (in contrib/) to interact with
the .netrc/.authinfo files. Hopefully mn/send-email-authinfo topic
can rebuild on top of something like this.
Will merge to and cook in 'next'.
