Allow 'make check' to work without prior 'make all'.
* find/Makefile.am (SUBDIRS): Build in . before testsuite.
* locate/Makefile.am (SUBDIRS): Likewise.
* xargs/Makefile.am (SUBDIRS): Likewise.
