This project is a fork of the cvsps.git project. If you have that one already cloned locally, you can use 
git clone --reference /path/to/your/cvsps.git/incarnation mirror_URL
to save bandwidth during cloning.

Thanks to Peer Sommerlund, we can now compile cvsps on msysGit.

Expect all branches to be rebased (IOW do not pull, but fetch+rebase).
