autogen.sh: replace superproject part by call to autoreconf
autoreconf has been available since autoconf 2.50.
This doesn't solve any immediate problem, except that OS X users
can now use autogen.sh directly, as explained in 5e504f5 (configure.ac:
use non-deprecated form of AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE, Sun Jul 10 10:15:17 2011 +0200).
