[AdgArrow] "angle" property now consistents with AdgLDim:direction

Changed AdgArrow:angle range to -G_PI..G_PI and normalized any set value
with cpml_angle() as done for AdgLDim:direction. A better range for
"angle" would probably be 0..G_PI_2 but I am leaving it opened to future
expansion of the 'arrow' concept.
