[build] Autogenerating all the <bookinfo> tag
XInclude does not take into account the builddir path while including
text with <xi:include parse="text">: this will break VPATH builds.
Being forced to use xml, autogenere the whole <bookinfo> tag, as many
package details (such as package name and homepage URL) are known from
the configuration step.
